Starfish Hydrotherapy Pool

Starfish Hydrotherapy Pool is a small friendly hydrotherapy swimming pool (8m x 8m.) Heated to a warm 33C; the water is a perfect temperature for hydrotherapy. Open to the whole community, 7 days a week, we offer hydrotherapy sessions and aquatic fitness alongside our range of family swimming sessions.

The pool is fully accessible with one level access from the carpark right through the changing rooms and into the pool area. With sloping steps and handrail, plus 2 over head hoist systems the pool really is accessible for everyone no matter your physical ability!

Our Pool Supervisors are always on hand to welcome you and offer help and support. We also have a team of fully qualified aquatic fitness instructors and a personal trainer, so whatever you are looking for we can ensure you get the very best from your time in the water.
