The hydrotherapy reception and pool is located on the ground floor of the centre, accessible just off the main reception. There is also a café a on the ground floor providing healthy snacks and refreshments.

There is parking free of charge for users up to 4 hours via the main car park. Blue badge holders can utilise parking at the side of the hydrotherapy suite and gain access directly without the need to come through the main centre reception.

The Hydrotherapy Pool

An 8m x 11m variable depth pool. The shallow end is 1.05m with a gradient of 1:23 over 7m to a depth of 1.35m. The deeper end extends from 1.35m depth to a maximum of 1.65m in a gradient of 1:12.

The pool access can be via steps with a handrail into the shallow end, a fixed manual hoist with chair and plinth attachments, or an overhead tracking hoist system from both accessible changing rooms. In addition, there are two wall ladder entry/exit points in the deep end.

The Changing Rooms

There are two unisex accessible changing rooms which are in accordance with Changing Places facilities. They are 3m x 4m in size each with a toilet, shower and plinth.

The male and female changing rooms both have four individual changing cubicles as well as open changing room space. There are three individual showers and two pre-cleanse showers.

Toilets are within the changing areas and lockers are provided.
